I am pleased to announce the release of the demo for my new game Island Ambush. 

Island Ambush is a fast paced action game where you must take back your islands from an evil corporation bent on stealing everything and destroying your ecosystem. It is up to you and your trusty harpoon gun to take down their buildings and get them the heck out of here! 

I have been developing Island Ambush for the past 2 months and I feel like it is finally in a cool state to show off. It has been really fun working on this game and figuring it out. This was also the first game I got to work on with my younger brothers so it was a nice challenge. 

One of the cool things about this game was that it was made from the support of Totem. Totem is an indie game collective that is working to build more collaboration across games. It is building what they call in "Indie Metaverse" Island Ambush is one of these games and through Totem is able to output data that could be used across many games. Example when you beat the game you will win an achievement for your Totem avatar that will then be carried on to other Totem games. It is really cool and I believe as it grows it will have a tremendous impact on indie gaming.
